Shipping & Lead Times
In short: Some pieces are in stock and ship in 3-5 business days. Everything else is made to order: handblown pieces ship in 4-6 weeks and lighting in 8-10 weeks. Each product page shows which applies. Every order is packed with care, ships tracked and insured, and is covered by our Care Promise.

Packaging
We pack every piece by hand to protect it, mostly using recycled and recyclable materials.
Tracking & insurance
Every order ships tracked and insured. Once your order ships, we'll send you tracking details by email.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout. For large, custom and international orders, shipping is quoted and billed separately before your order ships, and we'll always check with you first.
We don't have a standing free-shipping threshold. Free shipping is offered from time to time as part of special promotions.
International orders
We ship worldwide. International shipping is quoted and billed separately before your order ships. International customers pay any duties, taxes and import fees on delivery (DDU). These are not included in the price. Refused packages are not refundable for shipping costs.
Damage in transit
Covered by our Care Promise: send photos within 7 days of delivery, and you choose a repair, a replacement or a refund. See our Returns, Breakage & Care Promise.
