Refunds & Returns: Due to the hand made nature of our artwork, we do not accept returns. We guarantee the items are quality inspected and fully intact when shipped. Any damages should be photographed and sent along with your claim to info@thethirdrooom.com with in 48 hours of receipt or we cannot assume any responsibility.
